FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, no. While we used to ship overseas for many years, tariff laws and charges have made it continuously difficult to ship outside of Australia for us. We have also lost too many parcels in the shipping process and cannot justify the risk going forward.

 

What's your turn-around time?

I aim to get all orders out within 7 days of you placing them, but sometimes life gets in the way. If we're a little delayed, w're incredibly sorry, but we take my time to ensure you're only receiving the best quality items from our home studio.

 

Do you offer tracked shipping?

ALL of our orders are sent with tracked postage through Australia Post.

 

Do you have a team?

Yes and no -- Jasmine does all of the illustration, creation, sourcing, and production work, but sometimes packaging is done by their wife or a friend. 

 

Can items be customised?

Unfortunately, no. While I would LOVE to create something just for you that no one else has, as a very small business, this is a little tricky and it takes a lot of time.
